1. Returns and Exchanges (Spiritual Products)

We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy for physical products (such as Rudraksha, Bracelets, Malas, and Lockets) under the following conditions:

Eligibility: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all certificates (if any) intact.
Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. You must provide an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged product as proof at our customer support email/WhatsApp.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products (e.g., energized/sidhha products specifically blessed in your name/gotra) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

2. Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item sent).

3. Service Cancellation & Refunds (Online Puja & Kundali)

Online Puja Booking: Cancellation requests for online Pujas (such as Sawan Special Rudrabhishek) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the Puja. Once the Pandit Ji starts the Puja preparation or the sankalp is taken, no refunds will be issued.
Astrology Consultation & Kundali Matching: Due to the personalized nature of spiritual consultations and digital Kundali reports, payments made for these services are 100% non-refundable once the consultation is completed or the report is generated.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund?

If you need to return an item or request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp (available on our website contact page).
Share your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return (along with an unboxing video if the item is damaged).
Our team will guide you on the return shipping process or arrange a reverse pickup if available in your pincode.
